Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: At Energy Enhancement Center, we understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to reschedule your daytime or nighttime service appointments. To ensure smooth operations and provide the best possible experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: 1. Daytime Services (up to 24 hours before the appointment): Clients are allowed to reschedule daytime service appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any additional charges. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to make the necessary arrangements for rescheduling. 2. Nighttime Sessions (7 days before the appointment): For nighttime sessions, clients are permitted to reschedule up to 7 days before the scheduled appointment time without any penalties. To avoid inconvenience, we kindly request that you notify us at least 7 days in advance if you need to reschedule your nighttime appointment. 3. Cancellations: Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations once an appointment is confirmed. We allocate our resources and staff members based on the appointments, and last-minute cancellations can impact our ability to accommodate other clients. 4. Transfer of Credits: We do not offer the option to transfer credits from one service to another. All services must be utilized as per the original booking and are non-transferable. Emergency Situations: In the event of an unexpected emergency or unavoidable circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you with your unique situation. Missed Appointments: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice or fails to meet the rescheduling conditions outlined above, the session will be considered a missed appointment. Missed appointments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
